12 flour tortillas, you can use whole wheat
6 carrots, grated
1/4 cups lime juice
1 1/2 cups requesón
cream cheese, to taste
salt, to taste
cooking spray
avocados
salsas, of your preference
pepper, to taste

Mix the grated carrot with the cottage cheese and Philadelphia cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice.
Heat the tortillas and fill them with the carrot mixture. Make the taquitos.
In a hot skillet, spray a little oil and fry the taquitos.
Serve hot and garnish with a little avocado and spicy sauce if desired.
