6 cherry tomatoes

1/4 onions
250 grams panela cheese
1 lime
1/4 cups hummus
4 corn tostadas, of nopal
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 gram pepper, to taste

Chop the onion, nopales, tomatoes, avocado, and panela cheese.
In a bowl, mix the nopales with the onion, avocado, tomatoes, and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the panela cheese, spread a little hummus on each tostada, and serve the salad.
