  • 2 small boxes tomato , cut into cubes
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • salt , to taste
  • fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Cut the nopales into small cubes. Soak them in salted water, rinse them, and cook them in salted water.
  • In a skillet, add a splash of oil, add the onion, and once it’s sautéed, add the nopales and tomato.
  • At the end, add salt and cilantro.
