Soak 5 tablespoons of birdseed in a glass of mineral water the night before preparing the recipe.
The next day, drain the birdseed.
Before preparing the milk, bring a liter of mineral water to a boil and let it cool.
Place the seeds in the blender with a little water. Blend well for a few minutes.
Blend the seeds with the mineral water for a few minutes; you will notice how the milk begins to form.
Strain using a fine mesh strainer to remove the leftover seeds. Then strain with a cloth strainer (you can use a cheesecloth) to remove the smaller particles. Refrigerate.
