1/2 cups Oikos® greek style yogurt, for the glaze
1 cup powdered sugar, for the glaze
1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the glaze
2 cups oats
1 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup cranberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
40 grams unsalted butter
1/3 cups raw sugar
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Lightly grease a baking sheet, set aside.
In a bowl, mix the oats, almonds, blueberries, and chia seeds.
In a pot, melt the butter, honey, and brown sugar. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the liquid mixture over the oatmeal mixture, and mix only until it is moistened.
Pour the mixture into the baking sheet, and press to compact.
Let cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours and cut the bars.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze, mix all the ingredients, it should be liquid but not too runny.
Cover the top of the bars with yogurt and let it drain a little. Let them dry for 1 hour and enjoy.
