  • Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
  • On a cutting board, cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl, pour the olive oil over it, and mix with garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and spread it across the surface. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 °C, remembering to flip it occasionally with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
  • Once the cauliflower is golden, remove from the oven. Cool slightly.
  • Serve and accompany with reduced-fat blue cheese dressing.
