Personal Portobello Pizza

This delicious recipe is perfect for when you're craving pizza, as the portobello replaces the pizza crust and saves you all those extra calories.

  • 1 portobello mushroom, large without stem
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, for pasta
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • black olives, sliced
  • button mushrooms, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
  • Place the portobello on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove it and add the sauce, cheese, olives, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • Put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted
