1 cup spinach, only leaves
1 sprig celery
2 tablespoons aloe vera, only pulp
1 cucumber, with skin, without seeds
1 cup parsley
1 1/2 cups water

Blend the pineapple, spinach, celery, aloe vera pulp, cucumber, parsley, and water until fully integrated.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
