  • 1 arabic bread
  • 1 chicken breast, breaded
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • lettuce
  • salt and pepper

  • Cook the chicken breast in a skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  • Heat the pita bread.
  • Spread hummus inside the pita bread, add lettuce and the chicken breast.
