Sauté the garlic and onion with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano to the cherry tomatoes, and place them on a baking tray.
Place the portobello mushrooms on the same tray as the cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes at 180° C.
Take one mushroom and on the concave side, place the sautéed onion, cottage cheese, cherry tomato, and arugula. Cover the mushroom with another portobello to create the shape of a burger.
