Purple salad

This rich salad is sweet and full of vitamins. Very simple to prepare and everyone will like it for its peculiar flavor.

  • 2 beets
  • 2 jicamas
  • 2 apples, without shell
  • orange juice, or tangerine to taste
  • 100 grams peanuts, natural peeling

  • Chop the beets, jicama and apples in squares. Add the orange juice to taste.
  • Just before serving add the peanuts to decorate.
