Purple Salad

This delicious salad is sweet and full of vitamins. Very easy to prepare and everyone will love it for its unique flavor.

  • 2 beets
  • 2 jicamas
  • 2 apples, without peel
  • orange juice, or tangerine to taste
  • 100 grams peanuts, natural peeled

  • Chop the beet, jicama, and apples into small cubes. Add orange juice to taste.
  • Just before serving, add the peanuts for garnish.
