Raw Vegan Apple Pie

  • 1 cup nut
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 7 apples
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • In a food processor or blender, add walnuts and oats until you get a powder, add the blueberries and keep processing until you get a dough. Set aside.
  • In a processor, crush the apples with the cinnamon until you get a puree.
  • Line a pie mold with the dough and add the previous mixture and let it cool for 2 hours.
  • Decorate with walnuts and enjoy.
