Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Garlic mushrooms are a very simple preparation, but delicious, as the flavors of garlic, guajillo chile and mushrooms are combined, which are cooked until they are slightly caramelized and all the flavors are intensified. This is an ideal dish to taste at any time of the day.

  • 3 cups button mushrooms, filleted
  • 3 tablespoons guajillo chile, in strips
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 packages Saníssimo® toast
  • 1/2 cups avocado puree
  • sesame seeds, black and white, tan, to decorate

  • For the garlic mushrooms: heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Later, add the guajillo chile in strips, season with salt and pepper and remove.
  • Spread a little avocado puree on the Saníssimo® Tostadas, add a portion of garlic mushrooms and garnish with black and white sesame seeds.
