5 leaves orange tree
6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated (42 g)
3 tablespoons artificial sweetener
1/2 cups raspberries
1/2 cups blackberries
1/2 cups blueberries
peppermint, for decoration

Heat the water and add the orange leaves, infuse for 10 minutes. Add the hydrated gelatin and the sugar substitute, mix and strain.
Pour another amount of gelatin and add more red fruits, refrigerate until set.
Pour another amount of gelatin and add more red fruits, refrigerate until set.
Pour the rest of the gelatin with the red fruits and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely set.
Unmold and enjoy.
