Red Fruit Gelatin with Orange Tea

Red fruits are a great source of antioxidants, enjoy all their flavor in an original and delicious gelatin made with an infusion of orange leaves. It is an excellent option for a low-calorie dessert.

  • 5 leaves orange tree
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated (42 g)
  • 3 tablespoons artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 1/2 cups blueberries
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Heat the water and add the orange leaves, infuse for 10 minutes. Add the hydrated gelatin and the sugar substitute, mix and strain.
  • Pour another amount of gelatin and add more red fruits, refrigerate until set.
  • Pour another amount of gelatin and add more red fruits, refrigerate until set.
  • Pour the rest of the gelatin with the red fruits and refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely set.
  • Unmold and enjoy.
