I have seen pizza recipes, and I think my recipe is very good; I love it and can't stop making my pizza. One dough is enough for three pizzas if your tray is medium like mine.
We use a large tray to place all the flour; we usually find Rosal flour, which can also be used.
Add all the ingredients without stirring: the eggs, oil or butter, a pinch of salt, sugar, pepper, garlic salt, oregano, and yeast. Do not add the water yet.
After adding all this to our bowl containing the flour, we add a little water and start kneading the dough. This will be done with our hands; we need to keep our hands clean. We will add more water if needed until it is well combined.
Once the dough is ready, cover the bowl with a bag (in my case, I use shopping bags), cover the dough, and let it sit for an hour so it can rest and rise.
Preheat the oven to 190°-160°
We take our pizza molds and grease them with butter so that when we spread the dough in the mold, it doesn't stick and becomes golden brown.
Once the dough has risen, we take the molds and start spreading the dough (I have two molds, and in my case, the dough is enough for three molds, so I divide the dough into 3 sections and spread it well in my molds).
Spread the ragu sauce on the dough, then add cheese and pepperoni, and whatever else you wish to add to your pizza.
Put it in the oven and let it bake for a maximum of 50 minutes. If you want to check the oven, you can do so to know that the pizza is ready; check that the bottom of the dough is golden brown with a knife or spoon.
Once baking is finished, you can take it out and cut it into pieces as desired.
