Wash the spinach very well and put a pot with water and salt; when it boils, add the spinach and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove it and let it cool. Chop it with the help of a knife and mix it with the ricotta.
Butter a tart pan and place one of the crusts. Add the filling on top and then the other crust. Use a fork to poke the top layer so it doesn't puff up.
Bake it until golden.
