Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into cubes, chop the onion and garlic, and halve the olives.
In a Ziploc bag, add Mc Cormick seasoning, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Close and shake. Season the tuna slices with this mixture.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and place the tuna slices for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. This will achieve a seared finish without overcooking it.
In the same skillet, add more olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until they are translucent. Add the vegetables until they soften a bit.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a pot of salted water for approximately 15 minutes. Check it constantly to ensure it reaches al dente (so it’s firm but not raw).
Place lettuce leaves in a bowl. Add the sautéed vegetable mixture to the bowl over the lettuce leaves. Add the pasta and gently mix.
Once the seared tuna is ready, cut it into cubes and add it to the mixture. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
