Soak the sesame in milk to soften it. Grind it with the milk and strain it. Add flour and sugar to the remaining pulp until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Heat the oil and make small balls or cookies with the dough and fry them. Let them cool and they're ready. The milk can be reduced with sugar to create a sesame sauce or sweet.
