Snow Mushroom

In addition to being a light dish, you can use it as a side to accompany your favorite dishes.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch saffron, and salt to taste
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 carrot , in slices
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, in sheets
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Pour the oil, saffron, and salt into a pot and wait for the water to boil before adding the vegetables and rice.
  • When there are 10 minutes left of cooking, add the mushrooms, keeping the heat low until the rice is cooked.
