1 avocado
1 onion
1 chile, optional
lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
salt , to taste

Hydrate the soy with boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, chop the chili, and cut the avocado into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the soy, onion, avocado, chili, and ketchup, add the lime juice, and season with salt to taste.
