Soy Cocktail

For this Lent, it’s a very good idea if you don’t like seafood or don’t eat meat.

  • 1 cup soy
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chile, optional
  • lemon juice
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • salt , to taste

  • Hydrate the soy with boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  • Finely chop the onion, chop the chili, and cut the avocado into cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy, onion, avocado, chili, and ketchup, add the lime juice, and season with salt to taste.
