1 kilo soy, texturized
1 bunch epazote
3 red onions
1 sprig fresh cilantro, finely chopped
4 manzano chiles, more or less, to taste
2 grams salt, to taste
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 grams pepper, to taste

Soak the soy in water while chopping the ingredients (cilantro, manzano chili, epazote, and onion).
Heat the oil, then sauté the ingredients.
Drain the soy and after 2 minutes, add it to the pan with the other ingredients.
Season to taste.
