1/4 cups sugar, or sugar substitute
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

In a saucepan, pour in the milk and sugar and heat until it begins to boil.
Add the oatmeal, mix, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with the help of a whisk.
Cook until it thickens.
Serve immediately, accompany with fruit and garnish with powdered cinnamon.
