Spicy Green Enchiladas with Chicken

This recipe we are going to give you is delicious and easy to make Spicy Green Enchiladas prepared with corn tortillas, filled with chicken or you can use any filling you like.

  • 1/2 kilos chicken breast
  • 1/2 onions
  • 10 árbol chiles
  • 7 tomatillos
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro, disinfected
  • 1 romaine lettuce, julienned
  • 1 queso fresco
  • 16 tortillas

  • 1/4 cups sour cream

  • First, boil the chicken with a piece of onion, water, and salt. Once cooked, shred it.
  • In a separate pot, boil the tomatoes and chiles for 5 minutes in boiling water.
  • Now put the boiled tomatoes, chiles, garlic, cilantro in the blender and season with salt.
  • In a pan, fry the cooked meat in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until golden. Once golden, add a couple of tablespoons of the sauce to the meat.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan, and briefly fry the tortillas on both sides, then dip them in the sauce. Next, fill them with the meat (1 or 2 tablespoons will be enough) and roll them to form the enchilada. Arrange them on the plates you will serve the enchiladas on.
