Spicy Seed Mix

  • 3 guajillo chiles, seedless
  • 3 árbol chiles, seedless
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds, toasted

  • In a blender, blend the guajillo chili with the árbol chili until you have a chili powder.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds, then add the chili powder and toast for 1 more minute. Let cool.
