3 cups soybean sprout, or a combination of different types of sprouts.
light yogurt, to taste

Mix the sprouts in a bowl until well combined.
Spread yogurt on each slice.
Place a considerable amount of sprouts in the center of the bread and cover.
Cut into triangles and serve.
