Sprout Sandwich

A fresh, quick, and healthy way to consume sprouts is in a sandwich; the beneficial properties that sprouts have for our body are numerous, and I recommend consuming them regularly.

  • 3 cups soybean sprout, or a combination of different types of sprouts.
  • light yogurt, to taste

  • Mix the sprouts in a bowl until well combined.
  • Spread yogurt on each slice.
  • Place a considerable amount of sprouts in the center of the bread and cover.
  • Cut into triangles and serve.
