300 grams carilla bean legumes La Asturiana®
200 grams Spanish chorizo, stewed
1 onion, medium
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes, medium
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt

We peel and clean the garlic clove, onion, and tomatoes.
With these same ingredients, chopped into brunoise (small cubes) once peeled and cleaned, we prepare a sauté.
We add the carillas and sliced chorizo to the sauté.
We cover with water, season with salt, and let it boil for 90 minutes over low heat, until the carillas are cooked.
We serve drizzled with olive oil at the time of serving, also adding a bit of sweet paprika.
