Strawberry, Apple, and Milk Smoothie

A simple, economical, and vitamin-packed smoothie: strawberries, apple, and milk. Ideal for a snack or breakfast for both kids and adults.

  • 400 grams strawberry
  • 1 apple
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • Wash the strawberries well and remove the stems. Put them in the blender. Wash the apple thoroughly and cut it into pieces, add it to the blender. (I kept the skin on, but you can peel it if you prefer).
  • Add the sugar, cinnamon, and blend for 2 minutes on progressive speed 5-7-10.
  • Add the milk and blend for another 30 seconds at speed 5. Serve immediately.
