Prepare the pancakes with salt and without sugar, set aside.
Wash the Swiss chard, remove the stems, and set them aside. Put a pot with a small amount of water and when it is boiling, cook the Swiss chard leaves. Let them cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain and let cool. Then, squeeze them well to remove as much water as possible. Chop them and set aside.
In a bowl, place the ricotta, add the chopped Swiss chard, the sautéed onion, the grated cheese, the egg, the nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine the ingredients. Fill the pancakes.
Place a bit of tomato sauce in a rectangular baking dish, add the cannelloni, another layer of sauce, and finish by covering them with white sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook at 180 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately. How delicious are they?
