Surimi Ceviche

This delicious surimi recipe will surprise your guests!!

  • 5 limes, large (its juice)
  • 1/2 kilos surimi, chopped into small cubes
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped to taste
  • ketchup, to taste
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 3 Jalapeño chiles, seedless fresh and chopped
  • 1 bunch radish, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tomato, large chopped
  • tortilla chips

  • Drizzle lemon over the surimi and add tomato, onions, cucumbers, radishes, and garlic.
  • Stir and add jalapeños and cilantro. Add ketchup to taste.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
