5 limes, large (its juice)
1/2 kilos surimi, chopped into small cubes
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped to taste
ketchup, to taste
2 onions, finely chopped
1 cucumber, finely chopped
3 Jalapeño chiles, seedless fresh and chopped
1 bunch radish, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tomato, large chopped
tortilla chips

Drizzle lemon over the surimi and add tomato, onions, cucumbers, radishes, and garlic.
Stir and add jalapeños and cilantro. Add ketchup to taste.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
