4 Bimbo® toasted bread
300 grams cherry tomato
15 grams fresh rosemary
20 grams basil, fresh
1/2 red onions
100 milliliters olive oil
4 grams pepper, ground
7 grams salt flower

Chop the rosemary and add it to the olive oil. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes in half, add them to the olive oil and rosemary. Mix.
Cut the basil leaves. Cut the onion into thin strips.
Brush some rosemary oil on the toasted bread, then place the tomatoes, basil leaves, and red onion on top.
