  • 300 grams cherry tomato
  • 15 grams fresh rosemary
  • 20 grams basil, fresh
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 4 grams pepper, ground
  • 7 grams salt flower

  • Chop the rosemary and add it to the olive oil. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half, add them to the olive oil and rosemary. Mix.
  • Cut the basil leaves. Cut the onion into thin strips.
  • Brush some rosemary oil on the toasted bread, then place the tomatoes, basil leaves, and red onion on top.
