Tuna Tostadas

This recipe is delicious and great for sharing at a party or gathering; it is very light for when you are on a diet and serves a large family.

  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tomatillo
  • 1 pickled Jalapeño chiles
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 2 lemons
  • tostadas, baked

  • Open the cans and drain the water, pour into a bowl.
  • Finely chop the onion, cucumber, tomato, and jalapeño pepper; green bell pepper can also be used.
  • Mix all the ingredients and squeeze the lemon.
