  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 turkey breast, smoked and shredded
  • 1 red apple
  • water
  • lime juice
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup grapes, in halves
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, candied

  • Combine honey, mustard, and vinegar very well, then gradually mix in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the turkey breast into medium cubes and set aside.
  • Slice the apple into thin wedges and place them in a bowl with water and lemon juice. Drain until use.
  • Arrange a layer of lettuce in a salad bowl and then add turkey, apple, goat cheese, grapes, and walnuts. Drizzle the turkey salad with the vinaigrette.
