500 grams green pumpkin , round, 3 units

800 grams queso fresco
4 chicken breasts

Cut the eggplants in half and hollow them out.
Boil the squash for 10 minutes. Once cooked, cut them into small cubes and season with nutmeg, garlic powder, and salt to taste.
Place the vegetable filling inside the eggplants.
Cook the chicken breasts on a grill.
