  • 2 kilos eggplant, 4 units
  • 500 grams zucchini , 3 units
  • 500 grams green pumpkin , round, 3 units
  • 500 grams winter squash
  • 800 grams queso fresco
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • basil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • nutmegs

  • Cut the eggplants in half and hollow them out.
  • Boil the squash for 10 minutes. Once cooked, cut them into small cubes and season with nutmeg, garlic powder, and salt to taste.
  • Place the vegetable filling inside the eggplants.
  • Cook the chicken breasts on a grill.
