Vegetarian Synchronizations

  • 8 flour tortillas, wheat
  • 350 grams cheddar cheese
  • 200 grams button mushrooms
  • tomato sauces, Mexican
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 glasses sour cream
  • aromatic herbs
  • cooking sprays
  • table salt

  • Grate the cheese and set aside.
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic, and wash and slice the mushrooms.
  • In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the garlic, and when soft, add the mushrooms.
  • Let them cook until they reduce their liquid and season.
  • Grease another skillet with a little oil and a paper towel.
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and place a tortilla in it.
  • Cover the tortilla with cheese and mushrooms.
  • Take another tortilla and spread a tablespoon of sauce over it.
  • Stick the tortilla with sauce on this side of the sauce that is in the skillet.
  • Let it toast until the cheese has melted.
  • Place a plate over the tortilla and flip it to brown the other side.
  • Repeat the same operation with all the tortillas.
  • When you are done with all, cut them into 4 and serve stacked.
  • Serve them with sour cream and chopped aromatic herbs.
