8 flour tortillas, wheat
350 grams cheddar cheese
200 grams button mushrooms
tomato sauces, Mexican
2 cloves garlic
1/2 glasses sour cream
aromatic herbs
cooking sprays
table salt

Grate the cheese and set aside.
Peel and finely chop the garlic, and wash and slice the mushrooms.
In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the garlic, and when soft, add the mushrooms.
Let them cook until they reduce their liquid and season.
Grease another skillet with a little oil and a paper towel.
Heat the skillet over medium heat and place a tortilla in it.
Cover the tortilla with cheese and mushrooms.
Take another tortilla and spread a tablespoon of sauce over it.
Stick the tortilla with sauce on this side of the sauce that is in the skillet.
Let it toast until the cheese has melted.
Place a plate over the tortilla and flip it to brown the other side.
Repeat the same operation with all the tortillas.
When you are done with all, cut them into 4 and serve stacked.
Serve them with sour cream and chopped aromatic herbs.
