These whole grain cookies are delicious and very nutritious since using dark chocolate provides the benefits of chocolate without too much fat, just like using whole grain flour and low-calorie sugar.

1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
1 cup wheat flour
180 grams unsalted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
3/4 cups calorie-free sugar
3/4 cups raw sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
3/4 cups dark chocolate chips, (dark)
3/4 cups nut , chopped
3/4 cups dried cranberries
1 cup oats
Preparation

Beat the butter with the sugars until fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the flours with the salt and baking soda. Add to the mixture while beating on low speed.
Remove the mixture from the mixer and continue mixing with a wooden spatula or spoon. Add the oats, chocolate, nuts, and blueberries and mix.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Prepare one or two baking sheets with a sheet of parchment paper.
Using a spoon, place small balls of the mixture on the baking sheet about 3 cm apart, as they will spread.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
