  • 8 flour tortillas, whole wheat
  • 8 leaves fresh basil leaf, washed and sanitized
  • 8 leaves lettuce, washed and sanitized
  • 1 bunch fresh chives, washed and sanitized
  • 8 sprigs fresh cilantro, washed and sanitized
  • 1/2 green bell peppers, washed and cut into strips
  • 8 slices turkey deli ham
  • 8 portions panela cheese, cut into sticks
  • olive oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • We place a skillet on very low heat and warm the tortillas; on the same griddle, we will assemble the wraps.
  • When the tortilla is soft, place 1 slice of ham, the lettuce, the cheese, the basil leaf, the parsley sprig, the green onion, and the strip of bell pepper; roll the tortilla tightly without making it too tight to avoid tearing, and place it on the griddle. This way, we will assemble the 8 wraps.
  • Once we have the 8 wraps on the griddle, we turn off the heat and cover them with a flat plate or a lid.
