800 grams low fat yogurt
2 cups fruit of the forest

Take four cups and add 2 tablespoons of granola to each.
Put a layer of 3 tablespoons of yogurt over the granola layer.
Repeat these layers until you finish the granola and yogurt, ending with a layer of berries in the 4 cups.
