  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 30 grams yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 30 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 25 grams deli ham
  • 30 milliliters tomato sauce
  • 25 grams canned pineapple

  • For the dough: make a volcano of flour and place the sugar, yeast, and salt in the center. Then mix until a homogeneous dough is formed and let it rest.
  • For the filling: pour the sauce onto the rolled-out dough, place the pizza cheese, ham, and pineapple cut into medium cubes.
  • Bake at 200 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.
