Alfredo Pizza with Shrimp

  • 3 cups flour, , 500 grams, for the dough
  • 1 cup water, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, , 25 ml, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon salt, , 10 g, for the dough
  • 11 grams yeast, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon basil, for the dough
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 cups shrimp, clean and shelled
  • 1 package cream cheese, in cubes, 190 g
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • On a clean surface, form a volcano with the flour, add the water, oil, salt, yeast, oregano, basil and knead until you have a homogeneous and elastic dough.
  • Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with cling film. Let it ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until it changes color, add the garlic, shrimp, cream cheese, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper. Let cool and set aside.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm. Place on a baking sheet, add the cheese mixture, shrimp, and finely chopped green onion.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, cut into slices and serve.
