2 tablespoons white vinegar, for cooking the cauliflower

Bring water with salt and vinegar to a boil where you will cook the cauliflower for 20 minutes, then remove and cool in water.
Cut the cauliflower into florets or small bushes before cooking.
Wrap the whole garlic with olive oil, coarse salt, and pepper in aluminum foil, place in the oven at 200° and cook for about 30 minutes.
