  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chile powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup red cabbage, cut into thin strips, for salad
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into strips, for salad
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, for salad
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile powder, for salad
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar, for salad
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • corn tortillas
  • fresh cilantro, for decoration

  • In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with paprika, garlic powder, pepper, chili powder, lemon, and salt. Marinate the cauliflower with this mixture for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour with breadcrumbs and cornstarch. Coat the cauliflower with this mixture.
  • Heat a small pot with oil and fry the cauliflower covered, remove and drain excess fat with paper towels.
  • For the salad, in a bowl mix the cabbage with the carrot, mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • On a plate, place a warm tortilla and serve the cauliflower with the salad and cilantro on the side. Enjoy.
