For lunch, prepare these fantastic breaded chicken breasts; they will be super crunchy thanks to the double breading. Serve them with a delicious green sauce, Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains, and Oaxaca cheese. They are spectacular.

1/2 boneless chicken breast
50 grams all-purpose wheat flour
3 eggs
200 grams breadcrumbs
100 milliliters vegetable oil
4 tomatillos, cooked
1 garlic, cooked
1/8 onions, cooked
3 pinches salt
2 pinches ground pepper
6 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® whole grain
100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded

Cut the chicken into strips and bread, first dipping in flour, then egg, and finally breading twice.
Heat the oil and fry the chicken strips until cooked and golden brown on both sides.
Blend the tomatoes, garlic, and onion (without water) and fry with very little oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains and place the strips of chicken, Oaxaca cheese, and sauce.
