Breaded Chicken Tacos with Oaxaca Cheese and Green Sauce.

For lunch, prepare these fantastic breaded chicken breasts; they will be super crunchy thanks to the double breading. Serve them with a delicious green sauce, Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains, and Oaxaca cheese. They are spectacular.

  • 1/2 boneless chicken breast
  • 50 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams breadcrumbs
  • 100 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 4 tomatillos, cooked
  • 1 garlic, cooked
  • 1/8 onions, cooked
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper
  • 6 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® whole grain
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded

  • Cut the chicken into strips and bread, first dipping in flour, then egg, and finally breading twice.
  • Heat the oil and fry the chicken strips until cooked and golden brown on both sides.
  • Blend the tomatoes, garlic, and onion (without water) and fry with very little oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® Whole Grains and place the strips of chicken, Oaxaca cheese, and sauce.
