1/4 kilos fava beans
2 cups spinach
1 egg
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cups vegetable oil

Boil the broad beans until soft, add salt (you can use a pressure cooker to make it faster)
Once cooked, mash them perfectly.
Mix the broad beans with finely chopped spinach, add the egg, breadcrumbs, and lemon drops.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Once hot, add the pancakes until golden brown.
