  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

  • Mix the ground beef, tomato sauce, mustard, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, and cilantro and mix very well. Form balls of approximately 120 g and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, place 2 balls and use a spatula to flatten. Cook for 10 minutes on each side, add a slice of cheese on each, cover, and let melt for 5 minutes.
