Chicken Fajitas with Mushroom Cream

  • 1 can sour cream, with Mushrooms
  • 225 grams button mushrooms, fresh and sliced
  • 700 grams chicken breast, in fajitas
  • 1 pumpkin, cut and grilled
  • 2 carrots, sliced and grilled
  • 6 potatoes, boiled cambray onions with salt
  • 100 grams green beans, boiled with salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • Rub the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Grease the skillet with butter. Once hot, sear the chicken fajitas on both sides.
  • Separately, fry the onion with the garlic. Add the mushrooms and white wine. When the mushrooms are golden, add the can of cream and half a cup of chicken broth.
  • Place the fajitas on a serving platter and decorate with the grilled vegetables.
