BBQ chicken with strips of bacon baked. Seasoned thigh to taste and coated with BBQ, bacon strips forming a bed are placed in the oven. Perfect for any event where you want to share a delicious and different dish.
Wash the thighs, season with broth and ground black pepper, place a bed of onion on the aluminum foil. Add the chicken on top of the onion bed, pour the BBQ sauce, wrap in the foil and place in a rectangular baking dish. Bake for one hour.
In another baking dish, place the bacon strips and bake without browning for 20 minutes.
Check the chicken after 20 minutes to ensure it doesn't dry out and remains juicy.
Remove the chicken from the oven.
Place a bed of bacon and the chicken, on top a tablespoon of cream if desired.
