  • Capullo® Soy, for frying
  • 2 cups buffalo sauce
  • tortillas, for wrap
  • blue cheese dressing

Low
  • Mix the milk, sour cream, hot sauce, and egg in a bowl, then add the chicken. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, baking powder, and salt. Remove the chicken from the milk mixture and coat it with the flour and the milk mixture. Repeat the process twice.
  • Heat Capullo® Soya in a pot over medium heat and fry the chicken strips for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels. Place the strips in a bowl and coat with buffalo sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat the tortillas on a griddle, add a little blue cheese dressing, chicken, and lettuce. Close the chicken wrap.
  • Serve the breaded chicken wrap with extra buffalo sauce.
