Breasts in white sauce

Delicious preparation of boneless and flattened chicken breasts seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, fresh asparagus, and frozen corn. Your family will love it!

  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened seasoned with garlic salt and pepper
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup ear corn
  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk

  • Add the butter to a pan, grill the breasts. Set aside.
  • In the same pan where the chicken was cooked, pour in the onion, and once it is sautéed, add the flour. Add the milk, remembering to stir constantly. Add the vegetables and cook over medium-low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Incorporate the breasts into the preparation. Remove from heat and serve.
