  • 4 half chicken breasts, skinless and boneless

  • Capullo® Safflower, for frying
  • 4 brioche bun for burger
  • 4 American cheese, sliced

  • Cut the breasts in butterfly style and set aside.
  • Place the chicken in a bowl and add the milk, sour cream, hot sauce, and egg. Mix and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Remove the chicken from the milk mixture, dip it in the flour mixture, and repeat this process two more times.
  • Heat enough Capullo® Safflower oil in a pot over medium heat and fry the chicken for 10 minutes or until well cooked and crispy. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
  • For the chicken burgers: heat the brioche bread in a skillet, remove and add mayonnaise, pickles, the chicken, cheese, and lettuce.
  • Serve the chicken burger and accompany it with French fries.
