Chicken Chop Suey

With this chicken chop suey recipe, you will discover an oriental dish that is very healthy, with a simple preparation in just two steps. Traditionally, this dish is cooked in a wok and you can add Kikkoman® Soy Sauce to this chicken chop suey, which, like fine wine, is aged for several months to develop its rich flavor, mild appetizing aroma, and distinctive reddish-brown color.

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté the green onions until slightly translucent.
  • Add the chicken and cook until done, then add the celery, mushrooms, broccoli, colored bell peppers, bean sprouts, green onion tops, add Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, sesame seeds, and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl and garnish with green onion tops. If desired, add more Kikkoman® Soy Sauce.
